Reclaim Your Authority

Leadership, Authority, and the Fourfold Man

THE INVITATION

There are three ways to exercise power.

Abdication refuses responsibility.
Domination abuses responsibility.

Dominion is the joyful responsibility of cultivating, protecting, and bringing life wherever God has entrusted you with influence.

Most of us spend our lives bouncing between the first two. This journey teaches the third way. The way you were made for.

The first command God gave humanity wasn’t “Avoid sin.” It was to take dominion. Before there was a Great Commission, there was a Cultural Commission. Fill the earth. Subdue it. Cultivate it. Bring order out of chaos. Not through domination. Through faithful stewardship.

Every man is still living under that calling.
The question is whether you’re exercising it wisely.

This journey will teach you how to exercise that kind of authority—first over yourself, then within your home, your community, your work, and the world around you.

THE 60-DAY ARC

Authority made
whole.

First you accept the ground entrusted to you. Then you form the whole man capable of tending it well.

CHAPTER 1 · FOUR WEEKS

Dominion

You cannot cultivate what you refuse to take responsibility for.

God’s first command to humanity was not simply to avoid evil. It was to cultivate, create, and bring order to the world around them. This chapter explores what it means to exercise faithful dominion—beginning with yourself, extending into your relationships, and expanding into your work and community.

CHAPTER 2 · FOUR WEEKS

The Four-Fold Man

A whole man is not divided against himself.

Every man is shaped by four different dimensions of life—his heart, soul, mind, and strength. Without integration, those parts compete instead of working together. This chapter helps you understand the different dimensions of who you are, identify where you are out of balance (either in domination or abdication), and become a more whole and integrated man.
