WEEK 1 - Wake Up to the Story

1.1.1

The Hidden World

The course opens the ordinary world to a deeper reality of meaning, spiritual conflict, and calling. You are invited to stop drifting and choose an active role in the story your life is already telling.

1.1.2

Welcome

A practical orientation to the year ahead: how the program works, why community and honest participation matter, and what it means to take the first step. You name one change, challenge, or possibility that brought you to the journey.

1.1.3

The Universal Call to Adventure

Life is framed as a story in which restlessness, longing, and disruption can become a call toward growth. You slow down, notice where that call is appearing, and decide how you will respond.

1.1.4

Self-Authoring: Past

Past experiences are treated as the opening chapters of a larger story rather than a fixed verdict. You reflect on the forces that shaped you, take honest stock of the present, and share what you discover with someone you trust.

WEEK 2 - Write the Future

1.2.1

Self-Authoring: Present and Future

Vision turns vague desire into direction. You describe the man you want to become, the life you hope to build, the growth required, and what must be left behind.

WEEK 3 - See Your Life from the End

1.3.1

Your Legacy: Writing the Eulogy

In one of the most powerful exercises of the entire journey, you’ll write the eulogy you hope your wife, children, and closest friends could honestly give at the end of your life. You’ll return to it every week for the rest of the year, using this vision of your legacy as an anchor that keeps the man you are becoming—and the life you are building—before you through every challenge ahead.

WEEK 4 - Answer the Call

1.4.1

Answering the Call

The call becomes concrete as you name the dragons, resistance, habits, and excuses blocking the next step. The lesson shifts the chapter from reflection toward deliberate action.

1.4.2

Living Out the Universal Call

A closing reflection gathers the chapter’s work—past, present, vision, and resistance—and asks how you will live the call now. It also previews identity as the foundation for discovering a more individual mission.
